This is a picture of the Cagayan de Oro Bridge. This picture was taken on the Carmen side of the river. The Cagayan de Oro City Hall and Tourism Building is on the right side of the picture. The Tourism hall is actually a misnomer because it does not function as such.
n a few months this view will change. The city government is developing the area near the city hall. This will be known as the Golden Mile. They have started to pile drive the area near city hall and the one near old floating restaurant. Maybe i should take a picture of the construction.
The floating restaurant is no longer existing. it was swift away during the flash flood last January. There were actually 2 floating restaurant in the area both did not survive the flash flood last January 4, 2009.
